Our systems administrators (SAs) work in offices as the focal point, addressing all technical needs, from interfacing with designated IT departments to researching and making recommendations on hardware purchases. You can expect a proactive approach to address your office technical needs.
On a daily basis or as needed, your SA will perform routine services, updates, back-ups, product upgrades, virus updates and hardware and software installations, as well as resolving IT issues and providing other support, to include e-mail account management. HouseCall streamlines virtually all technical support into one individual, your Systems Administrator, who is responsible directly to your office and who is backed-up by a robust team.
Our SAs proactively analyze their office networks, study hardware and software for potential improvements, diagnose problems and root causes, formulate potential solutions and implement best solutions- proactively, before problems arise. Unlike the traditional help desk model in place in industry and government; our SAs will provide personalized, one-on-one support.

Software Development
HouseCall is pleased to announce our new software engineering division launched this year. HouseCall is developing custom software for medical databases used in the government and private sectors.
